We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible, and we work with our shipping partners to find the most sustainable shipping methods. Here’s what you can expect from our shipping policy:

Fast Processing

We’ll process your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. This means you can expect your package to be on its way in no time. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing orders that include laser-engraved personalized products.

In case we receive a large volume of orders, there might be a slight delay of 1-2 days in processing your order. Rest assured; we will notify you via email if your shipment faces significant delay. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $75 in value. Shipping charges for orders under $75 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. At Shaken or Stirred, we are committed to helping create a better future for our oceans and preserve marine life for years to come through products with purpose. We pledge to remove 10 lbs. of ocean-bound plastic waste with every product sold. This is a significant pledge, and it comes at a cost to us. However, we believe it is a small price to pay for the sake of the planet. In order to continue offering this initiative, we must implement a minimum order value for free shipping.

Track Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. This will help you stay up to date on your package’s delivery status.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure its recognized as a valid address by UPS/USPS. If we are unable to validate the address, we will try to contact you via email to be provided with an updated address.

We are not liable for any lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout or if the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery of the package.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive at your destination in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue and send a replacement item as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase and want to ensure you’re completely satisfied. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if the reason for the return is general dissatisfaction, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the status of the refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility unless the reason for the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We are happy to offer personalized items to make your purchase unique and special. However, please not that all personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Shipping

Currently, we are only able to ship with the United States. We understand that there are customers worldwide who are interested in our products, and we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities internationally.
