Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/4 ounce Creme de violette
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 ounce sweet cream
  • 1 ounce egg white
  • 1 ounce sparkling water

Direction

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the sparkling water in the cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
  3. Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  4. Add the sparkling water to your cocktail glass.
  5. Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents over the cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon
