Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/4 ounce Creme de violette
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce sweet cream
- 1 ounce egg white
- 1 ounce sparkling water
Direction
- Combine all ingredients except for the sparkling water in the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- Add the sparkling water to your cocktail glass.
- Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents over the cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon
