Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur or triple sec
- 1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Direction
- Add the gin, orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and egg white into the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Remove the shaker lid, add ice and shake again for approximately 10-15 more seconds.
- Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
