Ingredients
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- 2 dashes grenadine or pomegranate molasses
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Direction
- Combine all ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds. Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
