Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 tsp raspberry jam
- 3 basil leaves
- 1/2 ounce egg white
Direction
- Combine all ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and optional fresh strawberry.
