Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Creme de violette
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp simple syrup
  • 1 ounce egg white

Direction

  1. ombine all ingredients in the cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
  3. Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents over the cocktail glass.
