Imperial Blueberry Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce violet-berry liqueur or raspberry liqueur
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 1/2 ounce cognac
  • 2 1/2 ounce sparkling white wine

Direction

  1. Muddle the blueberries and berry liqueur at the bottom of the shaker.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients (except for the sparkling wine) in the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake for approximately 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents over the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 blueberries on cocktail pick.
