Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce violet-berry liqueur or raspberry liqueur
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 1/2 ounce cognac
- 2 1/2 ounce sparkling white wine
Direction
- Muddle the blueberries and berry liqueur at the bottom of the shaker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients (except for the sparkling wine) in the cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake for approximately 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents over the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 blueberries on cocktail pick.
