Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 splash of cranberry juice
- 3 dashes of lavender bitters
Direction
- Combine all ingredients into the cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds without ice.
- Add ice and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds. Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
