Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp raspberry jam
Direction
- Add all ingredients and ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain (using both the Hawthorne and fine-mesh strainer) the shaker contents into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
- To garnish, use the citrus zester to peel a thin layer of lemon. Twist around the cocktail pick and place on top of the cocktail.
