Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/4 ounce pastis
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 6 mint sprigs

Direction

  1. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup and mint to the cocktail shaker. Muddle ingredients.
  2. Add the gin, pastis and ice.
  3. Shake for approximately 10-15 seconds until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass.
