Green Apple Irish Mule

Ingredients

  • 2–3 green apple slices
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1 lime, freshly juiced
  • 6–7 ounces ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
  • Green apple slices (optional for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (optional for garnish)

Direction

  1. Fill the Lewis ice bag with ice and use the mallet to crush.
  2. Add the apple slices to the bottom of a copper mug or lowball cocktail glass.
  3. Fill the mug or glass halfway with the crushed ice from the Lewis ice bag.
  4. Add the whiskey and lime juice, then top off with ginger beer. Stir, garnish and enjoy!
