Ingredients
- 2–3 green apple slices
- Crushed ice
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1 lime, freshly juiced
- 6–7 ounces ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
- Green apple slices (optional for garnish)
- Lime wedges (optional for garnish)
Direction
- Fill the Lewis ice bag with ice and use the mallet to crush.
- Add the apple slices to the bottom of a copper mug or lowball cocktail glass.
- Fill the mug or glass halfway with the crushed ice from the Lewis ice bag.
- Add the whiskey and lime juice, then top off with ginger beer. Stir, garnish and enjoy!
