Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces lychee juice (fresh lychees, peeled and pitted, then juiced)
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
- Ice
Direction
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker and combine with the lychee juice, grapefruit juice and vodka.
- Shake vigorously for approximately 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass using the Hawthorne strainer. Garnish with 2 lychees on a cocktail pick.
